Rene Serrano is a Cuban-born construction professional who has lived in Miami for over 21 years. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Technological Structures and Equipment.

With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Rene has developed extensive expertise in concrete restoration throughout South Florida. Prior to joining Complete Structural, he worked for two decades with a leading concrete restoration contractor, gaining hands-on experience in structural repair, project supervision, and quality control. 

Rene currently serves as a Supervisor at Complete Structural, where he oversees construction operations, ensures project efficiency, and upholds the highest standards of structural integrity and workmanship.
