Wilmer Yauner Laffita is a Cuban-born construction professional who arrived in the United States in 2012 and began his career in the construction industry in 2013.

From 2013 to 2018, Wilmer gained valuable hands-on experience with América Construcción, where he built a strong foundation in construction operations, field coordination, and project execution. Over the years, he continued to advance his skills and leadership experience across multiple construction projects in South Florida. 

Wilmer currently serves as a Supervisor with Complete Structural. He is known for his dedication, strong work ethic, and attention to detail, bringing professionalism and reliability to every project he manages
